**Here is a trailer for the new ABC series Restoration Australia.**

**Filmed over two years, RESTORATION AUSTRALIA follows seven of these wonderful buildings – from Georgian mansions to colonial pug and pine huts – as they are transformed by people committed to the daunting task of restoring heritage ruins.**

**The Restoration Australia Crew were filming Haydn Pearce’s restoration of the Old 121 Harrington St building which was built in the 1840’s by a distinguished builder John Gillies. Before it fell into disrepair the Harrington Street building was a shop and residence with a workshop at the rear of the house.**
** **
**The crew also focused a bit on Haydns other restoration projects such as Willow Court and that’s where we came into it.**
** **
**We met with the Restoration Australia Film crew on June 28th 2014 and filmed for several hours inside the Ladies Cottage.**

**We are not sure what segments made the final cut because during production ABC Adeliade under went some cuts which effected some of the crew that were working on Restoration Australia.**

**You may be aware of recent cuts to the ABC and unfortunately Adelaide has suffered the same fate as Hobart did a couple of years ago with the closure of the South Australian TV Production unit, so its a bit hard to know what the final shape of these programs will be,If they’re not finished when we leave in June.**

**I can’t guarantee that the sequence we shot with you will end up in the program, but it’s already cut and looks great.**
