Mid- late February was a busy time in Willow Court with a lot of positive activity happening all around the site.
The Flinders University students focused mostly on the Barracks Precinct and a private firm called Wallis Heritage Consulting doing some other field work in the Ladies Cottage or J Ward. I believe the 2 organisations did collaborate at times.
**Wallis Heritage Consulting found some really interesting bits and pieces hidden under the floorboard, from dead cats to pinafores and aprons. The mind boggles on what other objects may lay waiting for someone to discover. **
