Beer, Brewing and Willow Court for me is a match made in heaven.
Being passionate about all 3 and being a Craft Brewer myself it was always a pipe dream of mine to have a brewery in Willow Court. I even themed my brewery in its honour Asylum Brewing Co. LOL
Anyhow todays post is a video produced by "The Shed" and its about Welcome Swallow Brewery's opening in August 2021, in the old workshops at Willow Court (Royal Derwent Hospital).
I really enjoyed the video, loved the set up and theming of the bar/brewery, the art work, oh and their beers a pretty damn good too.
