Investigating the sale of the Royal Derwent Hospital and Willow Court
If anyone is interested in how Willow Court and Royal Derwent was sold, broke up and then demolished this is well worth a watch.

The entire site eventually sold for $250,000!
Well my thoughts are that we and the site have been short changed!!!
I hope lessons are learnt. I don’t think anyone would be able to get away with this again, nor should we let them!
Let this lesson serve us well for the future development of Willow Court.
I think this a huge impetus for us trying to save what’s left of the ROYAL DERWENT WARDS in particular WARD 10 (haha wall).
