New Oval Precinct Developer

There is a new developer on the scene. Some Councillors have met him informally to look at his ideas & then go away & make the DVC an offer.

He has a very interesting retail development proposed, which includes the restoration and conversion of the oval buildings (DEFG) into apartments. 

Tuesday night there was a Councillor workshop to work out what the council wants to see done with the oval precinct.
