DVC has offered a contract of sale to one of 4 tenderers it interviewed in Aug. This will be dependent on the number of conditions agreed to by the tenderer. One of the DVC solicitors is doing a due diligence investigation into the potential purchaser once all this completed will come back to the council for approval.
Cr Bester will be seeking the DVC announce sale of the oval, area sold, purchase price, proposed development, the conditions of sale and the proceeds going into the Willow Court Fund for development.
