The "caretaker" in question sent me this today. It was in The Mercury 6 August 2020 and refers to an incident in July 2019.
I wasn't aware of the incident, but I enjoyed the read. I won't Identify the man but I know he is very passionate about Willow Court.
This man used to live in Ward 10 for a number of years after its closure.
Ward 10 used accommodate several tenants about 10 years ago in separate sectioned off wings. The conditions weren't great but this man loved where he was living.
