UNIT PLAN GETS NOD- WILLOW COURTS NEW LIFE.

A One million dollar development at the Oval Precinct is just days away.

The DVC met on Monday at a closed meeting and confirmed the sale of the Wards, and are waiting final consideration before it can be officially announced.

The decision was made to make the information Public in the best interest of the Community the mayor said.

Its hoped the contract is signed prior to Xmas, and expect to receive development and applications to occur in Jan.

One new building will be built to replace Franklin which was burnt earlier this year and will name it FRANKLIN II APARTMENT.

The developers are called. T.E.C Services. The 4 stage project  will be managed by property developer Tony Ellis.

The Apartments will be made up of 50 1 or 2 bedroom unites in a gated estate and will incorporate a courtyard, fountain, BBQ etc and will pay particular attention to Willow Courts Streetscape.

The funny thing is I went thru these Wards today, what a coincidence or maybe fate.”
