View of the old BARRACKS

Thought I would upload this after editing some bits and pieces on my demolished Ward section on the website. These 2 pics are taken from the invaluable source TROUBLED ASYLUM by R.W GOWLLAND. The 2 pics show the parts of the Barracks that have long been demolished/forgotten and to some perhaps never knew existed.

There is also glimpse of the old B, H & I Wards that have been demolished.

Not sure when these photos were taken but they would have been taken before the 1960’s when these Wards or sections were demolished.

Defiantly an eye opener!!!!!!
