abatement of a nuisance;
A new notice has been placed on the Oval Wards recently. The Derwent Valley Council has issued Mr Tony Ellis of Glenora II Pty an Abatement Notice under Section 199A of the Local Government Act 1993
Specifically cut the grass.
Earlier this year (sept 2017) a Mercury Newspaper article reported that Mr Ellis Apologized to those affected by the delays at the site due to health and personal issues but is working quickly to resolve the issues.
This couldn't come any sooner. I hope we see some sort of development early in 2018.
