I found this on Gumtree today.
I spoke with the gentleman who informed me that he and his father had a contract to remove certain parts off the buildings about 15 years ago.
These were from either Ward 10 or 7.
Vintage / antique all brass and copper searchlight. Has protective coating, that will polish up to high shine if desired.
This historical searchlight was mounted on the roof of the high security insane asylum at Royal Derwent in Tasmania.
The size is Height 700mm x Width 500mm x Depth 400mm0
The glass lens is intact and has no cracks.
There are three available, and am open to sensible offers.
Can do better price for purchase of all three.
